ACKNOWLWDGEMENTS
It is a great opportunity for me to work at XXX as a trainee in improving my professional knowledge and requisite skills. Notwithstanding such a short time, it is one of the significant milestones for my future career development. Thus, I am much obliged to those all who have helped me either directly or indirectly to finish the internship report.
At first, I gratefully acknowledge assistance from all the teachers of Gia Dinh University. I feel that I am more mature in mind of life thanks to their supports and enthusiastic instructions during the past four years as well as for this internship period. In particular, I would like to express my deep gratitude to MA. YYY who has provided me with a lot of practical knowledge and precious experience in order to overcome difficulties of my internship. He has tried his best to instruct me with all his heart all the time. For me, he is an amazing teacher.
Also, there are no words to depict my appreciation to all the managers and colleagues of XXX. They gave me a good chance in displaying and promoting my ability. Optimism is the salient thing that I have learnt from them. Smiles always exist on their faces albeit their hard working. Without their kind guidance and encouragement, I would not have been able to complete this report on time.
Finally, I would like to send my thankfulness to my family who has created the best condition for me to study and practice. Similarly, I am grateful as well to all my friends who always stand by me, support me in both learning and life.

During the period of internship, I received a plenty of enthusiastic help and support that guide and encourage me to overcome all difficulties and finish this hard but meaningful time.
Firstly, I would like to express thanks to the School Board of the GIA ĐỊNH University and MISA joint stock company and the Faculty of foreign languages creating favorable conditions for me to take my internship.
Secondly, sincerely thank to Mr.Tran Thai Thong, my supervisor who gave me useful guidance and advice that help me to finish my internship successfully. From these advices I can improve my English skills in job.
Thirdly, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Mr.Ho Duc Hung: Chief representative office at HCM city. Mrs.Ho Thi Sen: Marketing deputy of department, who gave me chances to internship gave me professional guidance and insightful comments that considerably help me gain a lot of experiencesin improving my skills and strategies in English communication.
